In the first group played teams of OKI "Banja Luka" - Belgrade, OKI "Obilić" - Belgrade and OKI "Crvena zvezda" - Belgrade,
and the other KSO "Serva" - Bačka Palanka, KSO "Smeč" - Belgrade and KSO "Feniks" - Kikinda.The first Sitting Volleyball Serbian Championship was held at Banjica Arena back on 2008. In that moment our, just formed, club did not participate. Two years later, in Kikinda, Serbia held another championship organized by the Serbian Sitting Volleyball Union of Disabled and our club.

This time, six teams were involved in championship, divided into two qualification groups.
In the first group played teams of OKI "Banja Luka" - Belgrade, OKI "Obilić" - Belgrade and OKI "Crvena zvezda" - Belgrade,
and the other KSO "Serva" - Bačka Palanka, KSO "Smeč" - Belgrade and KSO "Feniks" - Kikinda.
The tournament was opened by the president of SSOI, Mr. Novak Grbić. The president of Feniks Mr. Dragoslav Đuričin wished the success in sports competition to all teams.

At the tournament was played very good sitting volleyball, certainly so far the best seen in our city. "Feniks" expectedly won vs the team from Bačka Palanka and was expectedly defeated in the semifinals vs the team "Banja Luka". However, "Feniks" here very seriously opposed to one of the best teams in Europe.
The second match inside the group and the match for the placement, both against hybridized team "Smeč", passed in the similar manner. Our play was not bad and we had our opportunities and advantages during few sets. Unfortunately, our mistakes always came at moments when the result was at the breaking point. This way, we made it much easier to our opponents.

Closing ceremony with the delivery of the awards was done by Mr. Novak Grbic. On this occasion he praised the KSO "Feniks" for the excellent organization of the tournament, which again, would not have been possible without the help from SSIO and OKI "Banja Luka"from Belgrade, the winner of this tournament.
The winner was declared by Mr. Milan Živić, the most experienced player of this sport in Kikinda.
