The writer of these lines was fully dressed for the next game, but took advantage of a coffee break and a short walk around the pedestrian area of the city until the next game start. The time frame allowed just that much. Some of passers-by looked back as they were slightly amazed because of the seen "innovations in fashion designs". First, to restore something: connection of sitting and regular volleyball caused the synchronization of all the volleyball championships to system fall-spring 2013/14., and so Bajnokság 2013th ended over the inherited results of the first part. OKI "Feniks" was the second, and so defended the title of the vicechamps from 2012th. This time the Mozdulj (Vác) was behind us, and the first place won the team Piremon (Nyíregyháza).
Full name of the new leaue in original is now "Tesco Ülőröplabda Magyar Bajnokság 2013/14". Don't be surprised if sometimes I cut it short just to "the Bajnokság". The word of sponsors and the main organizers must be respected, and the competition is organized in variant of the "OPEN" championship. When translated, this fact means that we, as guests, have the pleasure to play only and that if we win one of the 3 top places - we won't get a medal nor trophy and even no written acknowledgement, but only and exclusively we can win the things called "moral satisfaction" and "our minute of glory". Our hypothetical earnings in "metal or paper" will take away the the first placed below the us. Well, let it be so. From our perspective, it does not change a thing.
On the other hand, we are witnessing a heated debate that began in the eve of Bajnokság, but we hope that this will not affect the sports part of the season and everything will be as it should.
This year are competing eight teams, also, but without Piremon, and with the team Halassy Olivér SC (Budapest) or abbreviated HOSC. The list is as follows:

Championships in this composition is certainly less strong than previous one, but this way will provide us a better chances. All teams played in the first round, and here are the results:
1. Mozdulj - Hungary w. 3:0 (25:3, 25:12, 25:7)
2. Csakazért - Hungary w. 3:0 (25:4, 25:8, 25:9) 3. HOSC - Humanitás 0:3 (9:25, 18:25, 18:25)
4. Feniks - Hamburger 3:0 (25:5, 25:10, 25:7) 5. Sprint - Csakazért 3:1 (28:26, 25:17, 21:25, 25:21)
Nice and interesting game. Szeged has came as quite a strong team this time and almost surprised Sprint. It seemed that they were not enough trained, but they have the quality to play much more significant role in this championship than in previous years. In the end, Sprint's experience played a key role in the crucial moments.

Referees were without complaints. The fact they were refereeing in a couple, instead of single, means a lot. The truth is that "more eyes can see more". Additionaly, these guys are ranked as ECVD i WOWD referees.
We started the championship with two great games that two wihave brought a two wins against teams from Tatabánya and Nađkanjiža. Coach demanded the full seriousness in the games, regardless of inferiority on other side. Personal impression is that we complied to that with the high percentage. There were no dilemmas and tight situations at any point in both games.
Limit of van we traveled caused to have only seven players: Đuričin, Brandić, Golijanin, Milošev, Anđelov, Vlajkov and Zavišin , and of course, coach Dragin. Here would be welcomed our team-photo, but it seems that my teammates have not had the will for taking pictures, no matter on what side of the lens whould they found themselves. No matter, There is a cure for that. That's why you will find in this gallery exquisite thematic series of images, with a simple name: várakozás (waiting). This is nothing new, but I'll clear it: there were played eight games, each team plays two games and so a good part of the day is spent waiting for a new contest.
We have noted these new, but unpaired sport shoes that also wait. These were waiting for new owners, someone that these shoes will fit... and some already fitted.
